The Springs Valley football team traveled to Paoli on Friday, losing 42-18. The Blackhawks were on their back foot from the beginning, trailing 20-6 after the first quarter, and never recovered. Christian Hamilton had a strong performance in the rushing game, carrying the ball eight times for 120 yards and a touchdown, which came on a 60-yard outburst. Larron Childers carried the ball twice for 11 yards and a touchdown, also providing 10 tackles including one for a loss defensively. Jaheim Hamilton caught a 12-yard touchdown pass from Konner Chase. Kayce Jones led the team with 12 tackles including one for a loss. Springs Valley (2-1, 1-1 PLAC) will try to regain its footing next week with another conference road trip, this time to West Washington.
