The Springs Valley volleyball team hit the road on Tuesday to take on Patoka Lake Athletic Conference foe West Washington. The Blackhawks ousted the Senators with ease, sweeping them 25-15, 25-6, 25-9. Kinsey Saliba was superb in the victory, putting in some serious work at the service line. The sophomore racked up five aces, missing just one of her 22 serve attempts. She also had a pair of kills, a pair of digs, a block, and an assist. The victory was the 50th in a row for Springs Valley (11-1, 2-0 PLAC) in conference play and the 11th in a row overall this season. The Blackhawks will return to play on Thursday against Southridge.
