Valley volleyball wrecks Rock Creek Academy on the road

The Springs Valley volleyball team continued its winning streak on Saturday, traveling to Rock Creek Academy and defeating the Lions 25-10, 25-14, 25-21. Molly Tucker was superb against Rock Creek, serving up a pair of aces while not missing any of her 11 serve attempts. The senior libero also had an assist, 10 digs with no errors, and 17 serve receptions with just one error. Springs Valley (13-1, 2-0 PLAC) has now won 13 matches in a row since its season-opening loss to Providence. The Blackhawks will play next on Tuesday, hosting Class 3A powerhouse Barr-Reeve.
