The sophomore had 22 points — her fourth 20-point game of the season — to go along with eight rebounds, four assists, three steals, and two blocks. Carnes' classmate Jordyn Land also had a big night. She went for a career-high nine points on four-of-five shooting, also grabbing a pair of rebounds. Maci Eckerty had six points, four assists, two rebounds, and a steal. The win was the third in a row for Springs Valley (9-1, 3-0 PLAC) and kept the Blackhawks undefeated in conference play. Crawford County is the only other PLAC team without a conference loss yet, sitting at 2-0. The 'Hawks will try to keep their winning streak alive on Thursday when they travel to Bloomfield.
