Springs Valley Community High School

On Thursday the Springs Valley girls’ basketball team hosted Christian Academy. The Blackhawks won 66-30. The Blackhawks were able to attack at the rim with 26 points in the paint. Tori McCormick and Maci Eckerty both had outstanding games with twelve points each. McCormick had six rebounds and Eckerty had one. Eckerty also had five assists. Gracie Allstott ended the game with 10 points. Gracie Breedlove and Maddie Carnes had nine points each. Breedlove had five rebounds while Maddie Carnes had 11. Leigh Carnes finished with eight points and 11 rebounds. Jordyn Land finished with four points and four rebounds. Kyan Green had two points and one defensive rebound. The Blackhawks will host Tell City on Jan. 18. Tipoff starts at 7:00 p.m. Come out and support the Blackhawks.
