Springs Valley Community High School

The Springs Valley volleyball team made a quick trip to Bloomfield on Wednesday, defeating the Cardinals 25-15, 25-7, 25-10. Maci Eckerty lit Bloomfield up from the service line, recording a career-high eight aces. The junior also had six digs, two kills, and two blocks. Maddie Carnes had 20 assists, also tallying five kills, three blocks, and an ace. Kinsey Saliba had a strong performance at the net, recording 13 kills and four blocks to go along with four digs. Springs Valley (5-1, 1-0 PLAC) will try to continue their three-game winning streak on Saturday when they host the Leslie Akers Classic.
