JV girls fall at Forest Park in first outing

The Springs Valley junior varsity girls' basketball team traveled to Ferdinand on Thursday for a matchup against Forest Park. The Rangers were out front from the tip and carried that all the way to the end, beating the Blackhawks 35-13. Jordyn Land was a bright spot for the Blackhawks offensively, scoring 10 of the team's 13 points by herself. The other scorers were Kyan Green and Dallas Hendrix with two and one respectively.
