Springs Valley Community High School

The Springs Valley volleyball team hosted Salem on Tuesday, beating the Lions 25-12, 25-18, 25-9. Maddie Carnes led the way with an excellent all-around performance. The junior not only had 26 assists, she also recorded 10 kills on 15 attempts with only one error for a team-best hitting percentage of .600. She also had eight digs, four aces, and a block. The Saliba sisters were superb as well. Emmy had a team-high five aces with eight digs, six kills, and two blocks. Kinsey had nine kills and three blocks. Maci Eckerty had 10 digs, breaking the 300-dig milestone for the season.
