Springs Valley Community High School

The Springs Valley boys' basketball team traveled to South Spencer on Friday, falling 54-50. Keyton Jones and Evan Brown led the way offensively for the Blackhawks. The former put up 17 points, four rebounds, three assists, and two steals. The latter had 13 points, six rebounds, and two blocks. Christian Hamilton had nine points, Kayce Jones has six points and five rebounds, and Blake Buchanan had six points. Kevin Carnes had four rebounds and two steals. Springs Valley (3-6, 0-3 PLAC) will be back in action on Saturday when it travels to Barr-Reeve.
