Springs Valley Community High School

The Springs Valley boys’ golf team traveled to Chariot Run Golf Course on Tuesday to compete with South Central, Borden, and Crawford County. The Blackhawks finished second, posting a team score of 171 to fall just three strokes behind Borden. Blake Albright was the lead dog for Springs Valley again on Tuesday, carding a team-low score of 37. That was just two strokes higher than the overall lowest score. Owen Weisensteiner finished with a score of 43, Jake Hammond recorded a 44, Jack Dalton had a 47, Van Leininger had a 48, and Ryker Allen finished at 49. Springs Valley (27-14) will play next on Thursday, hosting Mitchell, Orleans, and Salem at The Donald Ross Course.
